The service structure of März

The service concept of März basically is based on two pillars: the logistics centre and the Pronet Remote Centre.
While the logistics centre mostly takes care of procuring and storing and the complete logistics for provisioning the service technicians with components and systems, the Pronet Remote Centre is responsible for coordinating, implementing and documenting the service works on site with the customer. Both parts of the service concept of März cooperate closely and use synergies through their specialisations, resulting in the service technicians being able to rely on being provided with the required components promptly at all times.
